Tomorrow is an EHS SPIRT DAY. The theme is: COUNTRY AND WESTERN!

Highlights from our Day:

  • We had a practice fire drill today. The students did really well! They are understanding how to leave the building in a calm, safe and efficient manner during these practices. Well done everyone. 
  • We are finishing up in our inquiry groups and are ready to make our final switch for coulee school this week
  • We watched a Peace Assembly video presented by the Day/Low-Wauthier classes today. They showcased their learning about building peaceful communities. They were interested in life on Mars, so the did an inquiry on what it would be like to build a peaceful community on Mars and compared it to life on Earth. They also wrote and performed an original song!
  • Mrs. Campbell's class played a fast draw addition and subtraction card game today - it's really easy to play at home and is great for practicing basic skills. Here are the instructions if you'd like to play at home:

  Reminders:   If you're students have an unreturned library books, please make sure they make their way back to school.  We're going on a coulee walk on Thursday! Be prepared.  We will also be hosting a virtual talent show in the last week of school so if you have talent submit a video.  We ask that videos not be longer than a minute, if they are I will be editing them shorter.  A talent can be anything that you are great at so dig deep! Work has been posted in order to assist children who are missing school for an extended period of time due to illness or quarantine. The work posted is NOT daily homework.
