 Reminders:

Coulee Walk Tomorrow Morning: 

We will be leaving promptly at 845 am. Please arrive on time to school. Remember to bring a water bottle, wear some sunscreen and a hat! 


Highlights from our day:

  • We are continuing finishing up our coulee school writing. The historians are using their senses to write some descriptive writing. The environmentalists are focusing on using persuasive statements and the biologists are creating an entertaining book about their animal of choice using supporting facts. Students are very excited to share their writing
  • We had our final baby visits with our Roots of Empathy babies today. We have really enjoyed getting to see how the babies have grown and changed over the year. We are so lucky to have been a part of this exciting time of their lives. We wish all of our ROE babies the very best! We were able to read a book to the babies and share the wishes we wrote for them last week.

  Reminders:   If you're students have an unreturned library books, please make sure they make their way back to school.  We're going on a coulee walk on Thursday! Be prepared.  We will also be hosting a virtual talent show in the last week of school so if you have talent submit a video.  We ask that videos not be longer than a minute, if they are I will be editing them shorter.  A talent can be anything that you are great at so dig deep! Work has been posted in order to assist children who are missing school for an extended period of time due to illness or quarantine. The work posted is NOT daily homework.
