Reminders:

• Please provide your child with a pair of INDOOR SHOES for school. It is starting to get messy outside now with all of the rain/snow.
• We will continue to have PE outside as well as other learning opportunities and body breaks. Please continue to ensure your child has warm clothing to be outside in.
• We will be going for a coulee walk this Thursday, October 22nd. 

Our Day:

As usual, we began with our Friendship Journals. We're getting really at our "Kid Writing" and we're learning that making mistakes is a crucial part to developing our phonetic awareness. 

We then began reading our next read-aloud novel; E.B. White's Charlotte's Web! The first chapter was really enjoyable. In Inquiry, we began looking at the various communities that we're apart of. Ask your child which communities they belong to!
