Updates:

Our school is hosting a Scholastic Virtual Book Fair from November 16th to November 27th.

The Virtual Book Fair is a fantastic way to continue to give our students access to the books they want to read. We’re excited that you will be able to shop together, selecting the books that inspire your readers, from the comfort of home. All purchases benefit our school and earn Rewards that can be redeemed for books and Education Resources for our school’s classrooms and library.

When it’s time to shop, visit our school’s Virtual Book Fair site using this link: https://bookfairs-canada.myshopify.com/pages/5151379

Conferences are this Thursday afternoon, and Friday morning (virtual). Please book your conference with your child's teacher through powerschool.

Thursday is early dismissal. Students will be done school at 12:00 pm

Our Day:

We started our day with Roots of Empathy and had a chance to see our classroom babies on the screen and ask them all kinds of questions. Ask your child what they learned about babies today!

In phys. ed today, students had a chance to practice working together as a team to build hula hoop huts and knock the other huts down with balls. We also got to practice passing skills during this activity. Ask your child how to build a hula hoop hut!

In Math today, Mr. Kai and Ms. Wauthier's classes were practicing our addition and subtraction while following along to the story 'Rooster's Off to See the World'.

See you tomorrow, and we're looking forward to seeing you all during conferences!
