 Reminders: 

  • We are planning on going on another coulee walk this Thursday morning so long as the weather continues to cooperate. Pencil that into your calendars! 
  • May 5th will be Hats on for Mental Health Day. 
Our Day:

We have been continuing our coulee learning today! 
In Mr. Kai's class, we are nearing the end of our persuasive writing.
In Mrs. Bowles' class, we continue to develop our understanding of Calgary's past through art. 
In Mrs. Campbell's class, we investigated a mystery egg and applied all our knowledge of animals to figure out which animal it may have come from! We think it belongs to a Canada goose😉

  Reminders:   If you're students have an unreturned library books, please make sure they make their way back to school.  We're going on a coulee walk on Thursday! Be prepared.  We will also be hosting a virtual talent show in the last week of school so if you have talent submit a video.  We ask that videos not be longer than a minute, if they are I will be editing them shorter.  A talent can be anything that you are great at so dig deep!  Reminders: Early Dismissal Thursday, September 24. Students will be dismissed beginning at noon NO SCHOOL Friday, September 25th for PD Day Virtual conferences will be available for families to sign up to participate in at three times on the 24 th  of September.  Please check your MyCBE account for registration options which will be open starting 7:00 am this Monday, September 21, 2020. Conferences will be held in the Google Meet environment, a non-secure virtual communication platform that will temporarily get us started communicating with our families. Families will participate in a general school message and discussion time with Mrs. Kinsman and Mr. Strand, followed by a virtual teacher meeting where specific aspects of classroom life will be shared.
