We would like to go for a coulee walk on Monday. Please remember to bring a pocketable snack and a water bottle.

Our Day: 

Today was Sports Day! We began our day with a clean up of our bins and classroom. Then we watched the EHS Talent Show. So many talented people in our school! 

Then, we went out for Sports Day. The weather was beautiful! There were lots of fun games to play! Ask your child what their favourite game was! 




We ended our day with a wonderful Gratitude Circle and some dance music. It was a  wonderful day. 

We know that some of you had your last day today. Thank you so much for a great year! Hope you have a restful and exciting summer!

  Reminders:   If you're students have an unreturned library books, please make sure they make their way back to school.  We're going on a coulee walk on Thursday! Be prepared.  We will also be hosting a virtual talent show in the last week of school so if you have talent submit a video.  We ask that videos not be longer than a minute, if they are I will be editing them shorter.  A talent can be anything that you are great at so dig deep!  Happy Thursday Peace Group Learners and Families This is my first official blog after returning to Eric Harvie School full-time.   My apologies for missing the blog yesterday. Transitions can be a challenge. Today was a packed day full of learning for all of the Peace Group.  All of the students continue to work on developing their writing. We are all working on "Walking Stories" these are stories that are about themselves. We have focused on our memories.  A "Walking Story's" main character is the student. It is all about a person, place or thing that your child knows a lot about.  We have been using a variety of planning techniques. The students are also learning how to revise their writing by adding "Triple Scoop" words, interesting details and looking at using our "No Excuse" word lists for editing.
